A good product image does a simple job. It makes someone stop, look, and want to know more. That sounds straightforward, but getting there takes care with light, composition, and an understanding of what the product needs to say about itself.
I work with brands at all stages, from startups launching their first product to established businesses refreshing their visual library. That might mean clean white background images for ecommerce, or something with more context and atmosphere for a campaign. The approach always starts with the brief and works backwards from there.
In the studio or on-location
Studio product photography gives you control. Light, background, detail. Nothing is left to chance. I shoot from my studio in Cardiff or Porthcawl, working methodically through each product to make sure every angle, texture and finish is captured properly. The goal is always images that feel confident and consistent wherever they are used.
I can also work on location, bringing portable lighting, backdrops and props to client premises when the job calls for it.
